Applied Environmental Sciences, Inc. is a full service health and safety consulting firm. Our staff includes three certified industrial hygienists, two certified safety professionals and a certified hazardous materials manager, supported by licensed, professional staff and an in-house AIHA accredited laboratory. We offer cost-effective and responsive solutions to asbestos, health and safety, lead-in-paint, indoor air quality and regulatory compliance issues.
AES routinely teams with specialists in other technical areas to provide the best possible service to clients. These include engineers, ergonomists, ventilation designers, environmental scientists, microbiologists, and architects.
We provide services to corporations, all levels of government, K-12 schools and colleges. Our success is reflected in the fact that many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years.
AES is a leader in building asbestos management. AES was one of the first Minnesota consulting firms to provide asbestos training services and developed the asbestos air monitoring course now used throughout Minnesota. We were pioneers in helping to manage asbestos in place, rather than hasty removal. This approach is now recommended by the EPA in its well known "Green Book".
Today we assist clients in a wide range of projects including health and safety management and indoor air quality. As we did with asbestos management, we have become well known for providing high quality service along with common sense approaches to solving problems.
